A heart-warming winter dish

I’ve watched David and Leila make this easy dish so you’ll find it’s no sweat too.
It uses shiny skinned capsicum which Chrissie says srtill readily available at this time of the year and at a reasonable price. The recipe uses one for each person which is stuffed with a yummy savoury filling. I know its good to eat because the Nelson family never have any left over. However I appreciate the lovely smells wafting through the kitchen while it bakes in the oven.
It looks great on the plate – just look at the photos – and Gran Nelson says its not fattening either.
