Brilliant Children’s Mural Unveiled at Piha Library

A large crowd attended a morning ceremony at the Piha Community Library, on March 4th, to unveil a brilliant mural – the work of children living in the area. The original idea of designer/artist/teacher, Shelley France, the murals depicted leading characters found in popular books for kids. Shelley also over-saw the project.
