A Great GF Fruit Cake for Cold Weather

When Chrissie came home tonight, she went into the kitchen and began to organise a cooking spree so she would be free for Queen’s Birthday Weekend.
A family fave is her yummy gluten free fruit cake. It’s so popular, the tin is empty by the end of the weekend. Usually someone slips me a piece and I often find the crumbs tipped into my eating bowl so I can say that it’s good – really good. It stays nice and moist for days. Chrissie says that’s because its cooked longer at a lower temperature.
